Team building in Toronto: why a pottery workshop works
Share
The best team events get people talking to colleagues they don't usually sit with. Pottery does that naturally: everyone starts as a beginner, everyone's first attempt is a little lopsided, and everyone leaves with something they made.
What your 3 hour event looks like
- Hour one: welcome and chat. Time to settle in and catch up.
- Hour two: on the pottery wheels, with a dedicated instructor.
- Hour three: at the hand building stations, making mugs, bowls or planters.
Each guest makes and takes home 2 to 4 pieces. Our team trims, glazes them from our house palette and fires them, and they are ready for pickup in 2 to 3 weeks. We use food safe, lead free glazes, and shipping is available at cost.
